Suspension test bench using the EUSAMA method for objective assessment of shock absorber condition — integrated with the GIVE system for automatic sequencing within the vehicle inspection programme.
The BPS-3200 suspension test bench applies the EUSAMA (European Shock Absorber Manufacturer Association) method, which consists of exciting each wheel independently with a known vertical force and measuring the residual oscillation. The resulting ratio — the EUSAMA index — objectively quantifies the shock absorber's capacity to dampen vibrations.
The result is expressed as a percentage and compared against the limit values established in each inspection programme. The bench is integrated with the GIVE system, which automatically sequences the suspension test in the overall inspection flow.
The EUSAMA suspension tester is part of the complete NAPRO vehicle inspection line. Talk to our team for a customised project.
