Power and torque test bench for internal combustion vehicles — Otto and Diesel cycle. Eddy Current electric brake, up to 300 kW and 300 km/h. Available in 2WD and 4WD versions, with NAPRO® control and data acquisition software.
The DINO 3000 is a roller dynamometer with an Eddy Current electric brake, designed to measure wheel power and torque on vehicles with internal combustion engines — both Diesel and Otto cycle. Supports vehicles up to 2,500 kg with test speeds up to 300 km/h and maximum power of 300 kW per axle.
Available in 2WD (single drive) and 4WD (all-wheel drive) versions, with adjustable wheelbase from 825 to 2,125 mm. Includes the DINO 3000 software with multiple test modes, analog signal acquisition and infrared remote control.
The Eddy Current braking principle provides precise and continuous control of the load applied to the vehicle under test, with no friction-based mechanical wear. The brake temperature can reach up to 100 °C during operation — for safety, metal guards must not be touched during tests.
The control system integrated in the Control Electrical Panel (CEP) coordinates all electronic and electromechanical devices of the bench, powered by 220/380 VAC three-phase 60 Hz, with peak consumption of up to 6 kW.
The DINO 3000 software offers multiple test modes operated by keyboard, mouse or infrared remote control — allowing the operator to drive the vehicle during the test without leaving the cabin. Results are displayed in real-time graphs with print and archiving options.
Power and torque verification after mechanical repairs or builds, with printed results for customer delivery.
Development and validation of engines, transmissions and aftertreatment systems in a controlled bench environment.
Speedometer verification and road simulation in technical inspection lines, meeting PTI program requirements.
Emissions, fuel consumption and performance tests in programmable cycles for applied research and vehicle certification.
Our technical team is ready to present the equipment, advise on installation and prepare a proposal suited to your laboratory or workshop.
