NCON 118

Pre-conditioning and refueling of vehicles for ORVR evaporative emission tests — cools or heats fuel with ±0.1 °C precision. Compliance with ABNT NBR 16927 and CFR 40.

NAPRO Fuel Conditioner NCON 118

Precise fuel temperature control for ORVR tests

The NCON 118 was developed to perform fuel pre-conditioning and vehicle refueling in ORVR (Onboard Refueling Vapor Recovery) evaporative emission tests. Configured to cool or heat fuel to the desired temperature, it can also control the volume and flow rate of fuel delivery to the vehicle's tank.

Meets the requirements of ABNT NBR 16927 and CFR Title 40 — Part 86, Subpart B, Section 86.107-98.

  • Cools or heats fuel with ±0.1 °C precision
  • 150-litre internal fuel reservoir
  • Volume and flow rate control during refueling
  • 4-metre refueling hose
  • Two-phase 220 V supply with compressed air
  • Mobile rack console with casters
  • Compatible with gasoline and ethanol
