Custom-built bags for vehicle emissions testing

NAPRO Eletrônica Industrial manufactures Tedlar® bags (PVF — polyvinyl fluoride — DuPont film) for gas sample collection and storage in vehicle emissions measurement systems. With over 35 years of experience in emissions analysis equipment, NAPRO produces bags that meet the most demanding technical requirements for CVS and SHED chamber testing.

Each bag is manufactured by heat sealing and subjected to an individual leak test, ensuring sample integrity during collection, transport and analysis. Products are labelled with serial numbers and batch traceability.

Why Tedlar®?

Tedlar® (PVF — polyvinyl fluoride) film from DuPont is the international reference material for manufacturing gas collection bags in vehicle emissions testing. Its unique properties make it ideal for this application:
