The NAPRO anemometer continuously monitors wind speed and direction on the vehicle inspection lane. This data is transmitted in real time to the GIVE system, which automatically validates the conditions for carrying out the tests — especially brake tests, where winds above set limits can compromise the validity of the measurement.
By integrating the anemometer into the inspection line, the operator does not need to make decisions about environmental conditions: GIVE blocks or releases the test sequence according to configured parameters, ensuring traceability and process compliance.
GIVE continuously displays wind speed and direction throughout the entire inspection sequence.
Brake and suspension tests are automatically blocked when wind conditions exceed configured limits.
Wind conditions at the time of each test are recorded in the final inspection report.
